Thank you for shopping with Valor Apparel. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. All Valor Apparel products are shipped from our 3rd Party Fulfillment partner, Printful Inc.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may increase during:
- Holidays
- Promotional sales
- Product launches
- Severe weather events
- Carrier delays
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship throughout the United States using major carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may vary depending on destination country.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT fees
- Additional carrier fees imposed by their country
Valor Apparel LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Valor Apparel LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Customs clearance delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. You may also contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee address changes after order placement
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- Returned packages may require reshipment fees
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of packaging
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
